St. Elizabeth Medical and Technical College Mukumu is a tertiary training institution, situated along the Kisumu – Kakamega Road, nine (9) kilometers from Kakamega town. It is located in Shidodo sub location, Khayega location, Shinyalu Subcounty in Kakamega County of Kenya.

The College is owned by the Catholic Diocese of Kakamega under the jurisdiction of Rt. Rev. Bishop Joseph Obanyi. The Management of the School is through the Board of Management, and day to day activities are overseen by the College Management Team and the tutorial team.
