The Dean of Studies is  responsible for all academic-related affairs of the the Catholic Diocese Of Kakamege, St. Elizabeth Medical and Technical College Mukumu.

Welcome to the Academic Department of the College. I am Mr. Isumba Henry, the Dean of Studies Incharge of  Academic Department , of St. Elizabeth Medical and Technical College Mukumu (SEMATECOM).

In my capacity as head of this department, I am responsible for oversight of all academic policies, direction, programs and the services that support them. Reporting directly to the Principal of the College, my department works collaboratively with key administrative leaders, such as the Deputy Principal, Heads of Departments, Finance and  Procurement, and Heads of collaborating Health Institutions.

The Dean of studies  focuses resources towards achievement of established strategic objectives and development of new Academic  directions at SEMATECOM where program quality, enrollment, retention and student success are top priorities.

This department is responsible for the functions of; Admission of students, delivery of the appropriate quality academic programs, Examination/Assessments and Certification.

We strive to meet all the demands of our customers, both internal (students) and external (future students and parents) through our online platform, Office of the Deputy Principal and the Principal.
