Welcome to the Office of the Deputy Principal and Students' affairs  Rev. Sr. Pamella L. Musinzi.

This Office is tasked with establishing and maintaining workable systems for regular measurement, monitoring and evaluation of performance, quality, relevance and efficiency of all human resources, rewards management, finance, planning and development programs of the College.
The office also provides innovative and creative leadership in the areas of human resource, finance, procurement and physical resources management.
The office is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all sectorial policies and appropriate procedures to ensure efficient performance, delivery of services in line with the College strategic plan as well as coordinating the design, development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate human resource policies, procedures and systems to attract, develop and retain qualified staff.

Besides playing the key role of advising the Principal and the College Management on development needs, the Office of the Deputy Principal performs supervisory roles and works closely with other officers to achieve the overall goal of the College.

It is also responsible for student's Welfare and leadership. Thus, the Office of the Deputy Principal is with you the student, from the time you are admitted, until the time you leave. Even after you have graduated and joined the Alumni of SEMATECOM, the of the Deputy Principal is still with you.
